Special support

If needed we can, with your permission, connect directly to your computer where the problem exists. This can be done by using TeamViewer in support mode. We will ask you to follow the instructions specified under "Instructions for TeamViewer".

Presentations and demonstrations

Some presentations and demonstrations are showned through TeamViewer. Normally this happens in presentation mode. Follow the instructions specified under "Instructions for TeamViewer".

Instructions for TeamViewer

  • Click this link.
  • Choose Run.
  • If you get a security notice please allow the file to be run.
  • Supply us the ID that is shown.
  • We will now connect to your computer in support mode or presentation mode.

Explanations

Support mode
We will see what you see on your screen. We will also be able to control the computer with mouse and keyboard.

Presentation mode
Your screen will show what happens on our screen.
