Outbound Sales is a solution for outbound call services where you can easily implement marketing campaigns, interviews and schedule meetings. Through customized reports you get a good follow-up and real-time statistics give you an overview of the ongoing campaigns.
In order to use the time effectively the dialer functionality for automatic dialing in Power or Predicite mode can be used. The dialer automatically sorts calls where a customer answered so that all time spent on calls are with real customers. All other call results such as busy and no answer are automatically registered by the dialer. Through various back-office functions and dispatch of order confirmations via SMS, Fax and email you get a complete system for managing and monitoring of outgoing call traffic.
