Modules
There are several modules available for Loxysoft Sales for extended functionality. The modules can be used for both Inbound and Outbound Sales which makes it easy to expand the opportunities regardless of whether it's incoming or outgoing call traffic.
Several separate modules covers many different needs and each module can be used indepedently.
SMS
The SMS module can be used to easily send information messages after ending the call, when the agent clicks a button in the agent tool, a predefined time after registering an order and in many more ways. The messages sent can be predefined text, dynamically constructed messages based on selected order options or other customer information that determines the text in the SMS.
The e-mail module is an easy and convenient way to send product data sheets and other information to the client during the call, or after the call. It is easy to attach PDFs and other file types. The e-mails can be designed with logotypes and other advanced formatting for fonts, colors and more. The e-mail can contain a predefined text combined with auto-completion of customer or order information such as name, address and more. The e-mail can easily be sent by the agents or be sent automatically when a result is registered for the customer.
Dynamic recording script
Dynamic recording scripts can be used and can contain information such as the current date, the agents name, the customers name, selected order options and the recording script is generated when the agent starts the recording or clicks a button assigned for the recording script. If the campaign contains multiple product categories it is possible to combine these into one recording script or split it into several different scripts. The script associated with the product group will then be displayed depending on the selected product group and order options.
API support for connection to external systems
By using the advanced event features in the agent tool it's possible to easily communicate with other systems. If an external system has an API we can communicate with the system by creating a function using the provided API.
The feature is ideal for various web services that retrieves or sends information about customers, inventory status and other information that may be important for the agent during the sale process.
