Inbound sales
Inbound Sales gives the ability to handle incoming calls. Inbound Sales uses the same simple user interface as Outbound Sales, with the same opportunities for customized adaptions.
By using the possiblity to combine Inbound and Outbound Sales into Call Blending you may achieve high effiency gains when a team works simultaneously with both incoming and outgoing calls. The incomming calls are forwarded to different queues based on the phone number dialed. The system also provides automatic matching against the existing customer database and presents relevant information for the agent recieving the call.
