Loxysoft Sales offers several possibilities regardless of whether it is incoming our outgoing call traffic. The various campaign types combined with advanced features and modules gives the possiblity to customize the process to the campaign.

Below are several important features and their use.

Campaign types

Since the need for different campaigns may differ in many ways there are several ways to create campaigns and customizing the order form depending on the requirements of the campaign. Regardless of the campaign type there is an order form that can be adapted and used for simple sales, phone inteviews, appointments or integration of web systems.

Order form

orderformThe order form is the most common campaign type. It offers everything required for a sales campaign. No matter how simple or advanced it may be, the order form can be used. Drop-down lists, check boxes, multi-lists, text fields, resources lists and much more are available for use. All statistics are saved and can always be used to generate order, statistics and response reports.

All order options can be valitated to ensure that all data is correct and meets the campaigns requirements.

Scheduling meetings

meetingThe meeting scheduler provides a calendar that is shared between all agents booking the calendar resources - such as field sales staff who are booked for meetings. When a meeting is booked by an agent the time is marked as busy and no double bookings can be made.

Automatic SMS messages with booking information, e-mails with calendar files and other information can be send both to the customer and the booked resource. Reminders can also be send by SMS and e-mail at a predefined time before the meeting. The calendar resources can also log into a web based system and see booked meetings, manage appointments and their times available for scheduling.

Web campaign

webIf orders are registered in an external web system it can be linked to the agent tool and displayed instead of the standard order form. All other features in Loxysoft Sales may still be used and statistics on the current user such as logged in time, waiting time, registered customers and more are still saved. It is possible to use a unique URL for each customer if a direct link to the customer in the web system is available. The link must then be present in the address list.

The feature can also be combined with other campaign types. The external web system will be displayed in a separate window in the agent tool.

CATI/Interviews

catiInterviews by phone can use the CATI feature in Loxysoft Sales. The agent will recieve a sheet with predefined questions and a set of answers to choose from as well as the possibility to provide text if no suitable answer is available. The following question can be based on the given answer. By using this function the agent will only ask relevant questions.

After completing the interview an overview of the questions and given answers is displayed. This makes it easy for the agent to quickyl change answers and review the answers given.

Advanced event features

Custom features can be linked to different events in the agent tool. For example a script that automatically opens a recording script when the agent clicks the button to start an audio recording, sends an e-mail when an order is registered and much more. With these event triggers it is easy to create features that retrieves information such as customer information for the phone number, credit information and more from external systems.

Detailed statistics and customized reports

To satisfy all needs of statistics and reports we have developed several tools to fetch statistics.

Statistics

statisticsStatistics can easily be obtained from reports that includes all information needed for each agent, project and campaign. Our standard dream report displays the agents logged in time, talk time on average per order, talk time on average for other calls, number of registered orders, hitrate, all registered results and more. The statistics are also accumulated for the entire project.

Real time statistics

realtimestatisticsTo easen the project management for coaches a simply summary is displayed directly in the tool used to managed the dialer. The statistics are shown for the project as well as for each agent and includes connected calls, response rate, dropped calls and other information vital for the coach to manage the pace of the dialer.

Projects can also be followed in the web based Statistics panel which shows orders per hour, the agents logged in time and much more. The statistics panel can also be customized to calculate and display order values for each agents.

Dashboard

dashboardBy using the web based Loxysoft Dashboard it's simple to retrieve statistics for days, weeks, months and years. The statistics is displayed with a clear graphical presentation using pie charts and other curves. The statistics includes registered customers, agent times, call frequency and the total percentage of each. The timeline automatically adjusts itself depending on the chosen time interval and makes it easy to see the days, weeks, months and years for different statistics.

It is also incredibly easy to share that statistics from the Dashboard, by simply forwarding the link the same statistics appears for the recipient.

Reports

reportsReports are tailored for each campaigns unique requierments. No matter if the report is a statistics, response, order or any other kind of report. The system stores all information and events in the system and can be used to generate any kind of report containing any needed information.

Each campaign includes a set of standard reports containing information about the address lists, dropped call statistics and agent statistics (a.k.a the dream report).
