Loxysoft offers a system solution for call and contact centers. The system supports both oubound and inbound call traffic. The base of the system is a telephony server (dialer) with an associated database storing call results, orders, customer information and more.

The system is built to manage the processes that contact intensive businesses deal with daily. It includes everything from scheduling, reports and statistics to the dispatch of order confirmations and several back-office functions. The system is also able to handle a variety of other ways to contact customers such as email and SMS, in addition to conventional telephony. All required to connect to the system is a unique phone number. This makes is possible to connect with phones, PBX and GSM gateways.

Being Swedens largest supplier of call center applications we have developed a solid industry experience. We are working in several large markets including telecom, insurance, banking, real estate, finance, energy and media.

The system can be purchased or leased as a service. In collaboration with IP-Only we offer the opportunity to rent stations per agent and month. This means that it is very easy to add more agents if the need arises.
